What we collect, and why.

When you ask for a free AEO audit, we collect your email address and your website. We use them to run the audit, send it to you and answer your replies.

If you tick the updates box, we also add your email to a list for occasional Citeplane updates. Every update has an unsubscribe link, and replying “unsubscribe” works too. Not ticking it means you only hear from us about your audit.

Who processes it. The website runs on Vercel. Emails are sent, and the updates list is kept, with Resend. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it. Audit requests are kept while we are in touch about your audit. Updates subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Write to shane@citeplane.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it.

Who we are. Citeplane is run by Shane O’Connor, Cork, Ireland.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
